Fraud/RIP OFF - Capital One Credit card

I had purchased their insurance protection for my capital one card. I was laid off back in late 2011. Of course before the holidays. But getting back to this fraud company that I trusted to help me pay out my monthly card. I called to get the paper information to start the process. I never got the paper work. About the 3 week I called for them to sent it again. I provided the company letter of the layoff with my unemployment. I called back another 4 wks later to get a status. They never received the information. I kept a copy of what I send and resend the information with another unemployment stub. They send back a paper stating they needed more information. Another 4 wks later. I called up to try to find out what information do you need. I provided the letter head and a pay stub She tried to give me some lame excuse and got xfer all over the place. Why am I paying for this. I called Capital One. They couldnt help me at all. You contract the company and you cant help your own customer. My last statement was the $ I paid every month for this and you recommended this service. You cant help. I see the money went to Baldwin just to say what is in your wallet. Cause I dont have any in mine. Now I have to go to court because Cap onedidnt want to help and and the fraud company stole my $.
