Dirty rotten thieves! - A1 National van and car hire

Im so angry, used a1 yesterday, really impressed with home delivery service, how foolish am i! Just so we dont know where they are. Again £250 missing from my bank. And the 7-10 story and some evil git, laughing at me when i asked when it would be put back. Apparently the company is owned by a man called hammond kumar? Has anyone else heard this, feel so upset about this, cant stop crying, i feel violated.
