Poor customer service, not worth the savings Internet

On March 12 I made an change to my auto policy, I spoke to a customer service rep 'Kimberly" for 2 minutes and was very clear during the transaction to mail me my refund check, that I had closed the bank account that the original transaction was billed too. She say's no problem but it may take 30 days. This was acceptable to me. I called back early May and spoke to another Kimberly she say's there is nothing she can do the money was sent to the original bank. She put me through to Cynthia "her supervisor" she says it's my problem I need to contact my bank and get the money from an account that is no longer open.

Today "May 5th" I spoke with Hugo he checked the recording of my original conversation and confirmed that I had instructed Kimberly, to mail me a check the account was no longer open. Then procedes to tell me they must get my money back before they can issue my refund.

This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced from any insurance company. They make a mistake and I am penalized. I am expected to wait indefinately until the bank returns their money to get mine. I'm giving them till Monday to get a check in the mail or I am switching back to Pxxxxxx. Pxxxxxxx is higher but their customer service is excellent.
