They lied, etc

I'd lapsed in funds on my mortgage after 2 presonal disasters hit my home. I had been offered a Notice of Movement of Standard (foreclosure and reasoning) only seven days prior to the Courtroom day bu Natural Treeis lawyer.

After I called them to request the total amount to ensure that I really could create some preparations for funding, they stated they'd have to request Regulations Firm and they'd return to me. 2 nights later, I named the lawyer straight & they stated they've no report of Natural Pine seeking a sum. They lied! This is exactly why they mightnot get me the total amount... Simply because they never bothered to actually demand it. Today time is wasting away.

I called Green Pine again to tell them the lure is up: I understand they hardly ever really named the company for that lawyer fee amount. Abruptly, they stated they will get a solution in 24 hours. Hmmm. They maintain a sum that limits their lawyer's costs, that'll NOT quit the foreclosure process. Another rest they explained. Thank heavens I employed a lawyer, normally, I'd have now been naive enough to think all Natural Treeis lies.

The organization representative, Jody, really named might work several times around 3pm & other occasions, also. Our problem is more that she SCOLDED me for not addressing than that she called might work. Evidently, she wishes me to hold on clients & shed them-so that I keep in touch with her. Additionally, 90% of times that I contact Jody again @ ext 64949, she is unavailable.

These folks have no idea that without my work, I will not be ready to catch-up on my funds. They do not care easily drop my work. When the judge makes a reasoning against me, I wont have employment. It appears as though they do not want me to
