Don't trust them

CS Affiliates were designed to create change of my mortgage but they’ve requested for upfront cost due to their solutions. At that time I didn’t realize that legally they can’t request something upfront and so I settled anything. Once I came across that regulation I requested to get a reimbursement but from that second I wasn’t in a position to contact them anymore.
