Nice but Stupid

We own a small business and have all of our insurance thru them, from workers comp to auto. They have very nice people over the phone but somehow stack up to being very incompetent in simple things. It has four times now that our account has been severely messed with without our consent. Names of people that we never heard of were added on, our important work vehicles taken off. For awhile we drove around illegally, no insurance on our vehicles, without knowing it till someone hit our bumper. A cop had to tell us. For a few months, we even paid for people that never worked for us. DMV contacted us saying that all of our vehicles were being suspended because we had no insurance. Contacted Hanover and they halped us get everything back in order, at least we thought. Was contacted by DMV again saying the same thing about our main work vehicle. Fixed it again and double checked again also, lets hope it stays this way now. If you get them, you have to double check everything they do, actually call back after dealing with them and get another person, then ask if all the info you gave is the way you want it. And pray that no stranger can access your account and change it. They dont notify you of any changes till you get the bill. So, super sweet and love the customer service people, but they need to be trained a little more and your account needs to be more secure.
