I sent Ocwen a check and marked it "principal Payment Only, attached to a letter which stated the same. The check was used to pay Ocwens expenses. I am filing suit in Federal District Court in Atlanta, Ga. I am not a lawyer but know right wins as I was in that court 5 1/2 years and got what
I wanted, but not the way I planned. They gave in and I dismissed the case. Lawyer only take your money, I paid one but fired him in Court as he did nothing. If all these people file in federal court it will cost the millions of their own money. Most states don't do anything so file Federal
