Title to car not revived

I paid off my automobile more than 2 weeks before. I named nearly 3 months before to discover where my name was. At that time I had been educated that it had been shipped, but have been delivered for them and also the had mailed it out again. I expected them to confirm the tackle it had been delivered to. They'd it proper, and so I was informed to hold back 10 business days for this to reach. Nowadays I named them back and that I was informed they no further possess the name and today I've to hold back 3 times in order for them to deliver me a notice having a seal onto it. Then it'll be 10 times for this to visit through the email. I inquired easily might have it shipped to some lender department and was educated they might deliver it, but I'd to get hold of the financial institution to create preparations for somebody thee to put on it for me personally, and so I rejected the offe. They never approached me once the mail was delivered for them, plus they don't deliver these out with any kind of following range, only normal email. Therefore, when it gets lost, it is your condition!!! Horrible and reckless customer sevice!!
