Refuse to remove a judgment from my credit report that I paid off six months ago. They keep giving me the run around and I'm fed up

I had 2 judgment that where being handle through Rab Perfoman Llc. I paid off both of my judgment over 6 months ago and the failed to send updated information to the court. I requested a copy of my payoff and I am still waiting. I'm going to file a complaint against the. I'm very very upset with this company.
