The Duty Membership cheated me for approximately 6-10K. They guaranteed accounting solutions for my LLC... Well, because of overdue sales the LLC was shut down. The Duty Membership want to state that they've satisfied their responsibilities and certainly will not return. Perhaps I'm silly but an LLC being shut down for overdue sales (with a accounting organization) appears to be to become a. FRAUD! Unhappy whatsoever. Do not use.
