Union Bank Stealing money monthly from members

I was wondering why my card would not work so I went online and noticed that Union Bank has been charging me monthly. I signed up years ago for a Free checking account and my statements said that it was free for the longest time. Unfortunately I'm not one of those people that scrutinizes their statement every month.

I called the customer service number and the first lady said that she couldn't give me a refund, so I asked to talk to a manager. She got me Michelle. Michelle said tha they sent out policy changes last year that took effect in January. I said, I never got one so can I have a refund? She said that she couldn't. I said I'm asking for thirty two dollars back. You mean to tell me that your big bank cannot afford to give me thirty two dollars back that you've stolen from me? She said that she could give me eight dollars back.

I told her that it feels like you've pick pocketed me since January for eight dollars a month for something that was free to me for a long time. She referenced the mailing of policy changes again and I reiterated to her that I never received the change. I said that you need to make sure people understand and sign for somethingLike this.

Needless to say, they would not help me and I yelled at her on the phone and then I went down to my local branch to talk to a manager there and she told me the same thing. Only eight dollars back! Wow, I suggest you all pull your money out of these big RIP OFF banks before your cash is just that, "R.I.P.". That's right, dead!
