Savings interest - Overdraft fees and online banking

We have our mortgage with pnc bank, recently we were contacted by pnc about opening something called virtual wallet, we were told we would be getting a. 85% interest rate on our growth (savings) if we met certain requirements each month. Since that was the best rate around we switched most of our money from another bank. Every month after the first month the rate went down. 10% where it is now at a. 55% and I'm sure this. 10 percent reduction will continue. I realize this rate was subject to change but to get people to switch their money and only give them the. 85% rate for one month is just another example of another greedy bank that cares nothing about it's customers. I live in a 55 plus community and many people in our community also switched banks because of being told they would get the. 85% rate. I would just like to reach as many people as possible to prevent them from doing what many of us did and switch to PNC because what your promised is not what you get, I am currently looking for anther bank who actually cares about customer service.
