Liars and fraud who hire honest people to work for them

I was Offered a non secured Mastercard with a $5000.00 limit through Bank One of Oklahoma. Gaurdian Financial was only the processing company and that is why they charge the $249.00 fee.
The telemarketeer thinks he is working for a legitamate company and even gave me his personal social security number. (Navil Khalid 531-00-2156). They are already giving me the run around when I call concerning the transaction. I have notified the FBI, the FCC (since it was a telephone scam), New York Attorney General, and the Oklahoma Attorney General. I also am Notifing the Office of Oklahoma Homeland Security whose director is my highschool classmate.
