Beware first data merchant services scam fees

Fees, fees, and more fees. No usage fee? Seriously? My contract was over on 07/31. Called 08/1 to cancel services. Returned equipement. Closed account, so i thought. But $30 per month no usage fee was charged to my account on august, september, october, november, until i figured out whats was going on in december. Called and complaint, they stated i never called to close account. Fee's were never reversed, but charged again on january. Now this has gone far enough. Recorded my conversation, finally closed account.
Currently in dispute with charges, but not reversed.

BEWARE of first data fee scams. One of the highest merchant fee's. Worst customer service, no help, website sucks.
