Refinance home, nightmare

We've been attempting to refinance our house with PNC since November its May today. We've completed anything they've requested for... PNC has dropped our paper-work, They've restarted our mortgage 3 times. Hit our credit history also three times, that has decreased our score every time it hits.

Every time they say different things, requested for me personally to show that I'll gather Social Sec. For your next 3 yrs. What physicians will place their title about the point to express that. Did not ask if my spouse was gonna possess a work for that next 3 yrs.

Minute wouldn't utilize all my income.

Today the final straw. Would not depend our entire home within the evaluation, We've nearly 6acres a little horse park in 2 states. However the home needs to be offered as you, can't be divided.
