I got the letter, called out of curiosity and realized pretty quickly something was wrong. I told them to debit the "annual fee" off of my new credit card but they insisted to go through my bank directly. Eventually they were then forced to tell me that the card was only good for their catalog and that they MAY ALSO be able to get a regular credit card AFTER I make my submission fee. I laughed and told them to choke. I hope these people get raided by the feds for fraud, these stories make me nauseous.
