Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

In September RJM Aquisitions started reporting to my credit for a false and untrue account with Fingerhut. The collection now has been reported numerous times and has also aquired additional fees for being "late".
I have no record of anything being bought from Fingerhut at that time and did not recieve nor sign off to recieve any items from Fingerhut. Now I have a collection that even after trying to dispute it with the credit agencies will not be removed and it is not mine.
