NCL Processing fee SCAM! Don't get burned!

I had dealing with John Butler @ National Commercial Lending and Equity. He sent an approval saying that my company was approved for a line of credit (117,500.00). The approval had a few conditions that we met with no problem. One of the conditions was to pay the upfront processing fee of $1250. Those monies were sent and we have not heard from John Butler (if that's even his name) since. We have a successful business, so we will be fine.

If you are in a position where you need capital badly, do not trust this company. I'm so pissed I'm gonna spend the money it takes just to bend this guy over. He listed another person on the application, Deborah Freedman. She was listed as the Senior processor on the file. I have all documentation, emails, voicemails, text messages, bank information, alternate addresses he uses, etc...

He is using a virtual office as his store front, he has no commercial office space that he leases. I have filed complaints with all levels of law enforcement, Local, State, and Federal. Not only did he scam me, but he altered the check to add more money than the check was written for. The check was mistakenly written for 1200 instead of 1250. He altered the check to acquire the additional 50 bucks. This is a Felony. So Mr. Butler or whatever your name is, keep your head down, I am coming for you. No matter the cost. This will not go away, I give you my word!!
