Item had not arrived

Purchased a reasoable sized order and a month later it had not arrived. Says express post on the site. This would take 5 days.
Two weeks after they tell me they will refund they are still "unable to find" the transaction despite sending them the receipt copy. Head of company sent me a request for my e-mail to my email address together with a copy of the receipt. Next he sentme a mail asking for a copy of the reciept which he had just sent to me? Go figure! Credit card Company will have to deal with it but it has been a very frustrating few weeks with these people.
