My Payday Loan Express Unauthorized withdrawal

On 4/10 I saw where an unauthorized $30 check payable to First Gold Plus had cleared my account.in the memo area of the check My Pay Day Loan Express and a telephone number 866-634-7792 was displayed. I had not applied for any pay day loan with either company. At 8:05am I begann calling the number but there was no answer. I tried repeatedly but there was no answer. I again tried @ 10:00am and finally was able to speak with somone witha broken english accent. Shw told me that I had applied for a payday loan and the $30 was a membership fee. I told her I did not apply for the loan and that if I did I would not apply to a company that would charge me. She said that my $30 would be refunded the next day. I received an email confirmation and thought the issue was resolved. On 4/11 the funds were not credited back to my account. I called back, finally got a representative who told me that my refund was issue at my bank. He was not aware of who First Gold Plus was and that he "was Southeast Asia in the Phillipines. Each time I called I received a different answer about the issue. My credit Union has no knowledge of the refund.
