Very poor business

Ack dec02 i filed bankruptcy. Been trying to refinance, but i think they have threaten the companies that i have tried do that through. I filed chapter 13, according to these companies, this is not on their records. Cannot find any record of the trustee we deal with. Now they want take my house.
