JT Tommasso and Eastern Capital, LLC are a 100% scam operation. They are not a direct lender whatsoever. They are a broker and bad ones at best. They will swear up and down that they have a huge private fund that they sell deals to, fake. They will tell you that they participate deals with other lenders, wrong. They will tell you that they will get you 4% interest rates and promise you the world, all in an effort to get a non-refundable deposit from you. What will happen is, you will give your deposit, then give them an unbeleivable amount of information upfront. Then you will pay for an appraisal. Then, you will one day get on a call with somebody from a lending source (probabaly another broker) who doesn't know a thing about you loan and wants to give you an LOI and have you order another appraisal. These people have scammed countless people. We believe they are associated with ajtmfinancialonline.com, another scam that doesn't pick up their phones anymore.
