We gave him 75K and all he had to do was show a Proof of Funds to our instrument provider... We paid 75k alone just to have this instrument put on a shelf for us for 30 days... The 30 days ended and NOW I AM OUT 150K... ROB says he will refund me 75K, however it has been almost a year: (BEWARE!
