Victor Sealey filed financial agreement with SMAC / did not need financing-pd in full for tenting service

Had a termite tenting done in 2011. Paid in full for the service. $2340.00 Payment never submitted to SMAC. Have called both Terminix and SMAC and asked that they correct this. Each time I called them they said that they would take care of the mistake and let me know. Known of this has been done. We have suffered with stress and anxiety over this and threatened to turn them in to the State Atty. General's office and the Better Business Bureau... Also file a complaint with Craig's list and Angie's list to record our disssatisfaction with these two companies.
