Ignored us and Deceived us

Like many others we hit a hard patch in February when my husband was out of work due to an injury. We had never missed our mortgage or never been late before this. We immediatley contacted the mortgage company who at first were unwilling to help us. Following telling them we could not make that months payment they eventually agreed to a forebearance for three months lowering our payment by 150 dollars a month. We were told we could not pay the following months payment because the plan would not start until April. We were given 3 authorization no, s one for each month stating these were for taking our payment direct from our bank. Following this we received a letter saying they could not take the payments from our bank and we had to use the coupon to send the payment. This we did as informed. Following sending checque we received another letter stating they were going to withdraw the money from our account. I called the person allotted to our account numerous times but he will not return any of our calls and we are unable to get through to anyone else. Wherever we call we are automatically put through to his voice mail. I sent 3 emails to wells Fargo but the return message was call your allotted person. How can we when no one will answer and wont return our calls. On 4/10 they took out one months payment from our account and on 4/11 they posted the checque into our account causing us to go a considerable amount overdrawn and causing us to have bank charges. We are stilll unable to contact anyone and no one will return our calls.
