Fortius Companies Took 3K of Mine and Ran

Really talked himself up in the beginning about how he is able to close deals and bring funders etc. We gave him a few deals and paid him his fee, I think like 2K upfront... He kept talking himself up and up and we got suckered into giving him another 1K, (3K Total) and he DID NOTHING afterwards... I have nothing to show for this and the man was not easy to work with either and basically told me where to go when I asked for a refund...
