A bunch of lying thieves with poor customer service skills

I deposited money into my account with trader's room in order to trade/invest in stocks. When I decided that the company was not working for me, I requested a withdrawal of my funds. They told me that it initially takes 14 days for withdrawal due to the verification process, I was fine with that. Two weeks passed and I still didn't have the money. I called and was told that withdrawals only occur on Fridays, not exactly 14 business days is it? So I was told that my money would be withdrawn the following Friday because they are experiencing a high volume of requests. Umm... Still don't know what that has to do with me getting my money back. I contacted my bank the following Friday and still no money from Traders Room. I called again and asked if I could speak to a manager and was rudely told that there was no manager. I then spoke to someone in the accounting section who is supposedly the only accountant there (pretty odd for a large firm) and was told again that my money would be available by next Friday. I checked with my bank, still no deposit. So I call again and ask to speak to someone else in the accounting department and was told that there was only one. Long story short, I have have been trying to get my money back for over a month now and keep getting the run around. The brokers are very rude and pushy, they only want to help you when you're willing to invest. There should not be this much of a hassle when trying to get your own money back. I urge everyone to stay away from this unprofessional company and stick to the more reputable ones such as e-trade and edward jones. Trader's Room is a joke.
