Crescent is the most horrible and terrible credit card processing company I could ever imagine. First, they go home at noon each day and you can get no answers. They have carefully crafted staff in ways to hold your money and deny talking to you. Complaints are so prolific that their phone system can identify complainers numbers and route them to voice mails. They evidently get to collect interest in holding the merchants cash for weeks at a time. They forge your signature to contracts telling you that you cannot cancel their service without paying years of fees. They need to go to prison.
