Rip off

Is this the same company as I read in the previous article? If so I am not a happy camper! I applied, and was approved, they had a rep call me at work to congradulate me, and inform me of all the little extras they were sending. I have received all the extras, such as a phone card, and a AAA equilivent, but still NO card!!! It's only been about a month, but I paid the 43$ for speedy service, and am starting to get a little worried. Anyone who knows weather this is the same bank, please e-mail me and let me know.
