Mishandling account and excessive fees

Be careful or you'll get cheated. If you're a large buyer with a lot of money, they might consider greater treatment of you, but when you're only a regular individual having a moderate savings and pension profile, they wont work very difficult for you. Do not expect quick return telephone calls or e-mails if you don't continuously follow-up, like 5 or 10 times.

Ensure that you place everything written down and record anything. Every discussion and every request a deal. This way once they dismiss your request you've anything to remain on.

Essentially, last July, the MSSB man found the home and was informed to maneuver cash and deliver a prospectus of what we mentioned purchasing. A couple weeks later I still did not get something and so I attempted to obtain touching him. Because he never replied to emails, I named and he claims “oh, the money’s shifted but I didn’t deliver something since we determined you shouldn’t purchase now”. Ok…Jan 1st comes, I’m focusing on my fees after I recognize MSSB never shifted the cash in August. I named 24 hours later and MSSB man claims “I don’t understand how that would be, I’ll take a look and obtain back again to you.” Three times proceed by…no telephone call…so I named his employer. He doesn’t understand something about that and requires "why didn’t I inform him", -nicely what do you consider I’m performing??? He then has got the nerve to deliver a contact in my experience, ccing his legal department, which he says what my investment technique and motives for shifting my cash are…. Never once does he tackle the matter or issue. This really is today 6 days following the first telephone call…. And my cash continues to be not transferred. We instantly started the procedure of shutting our MSSB balances shifting our cash to anywhere but MSSB simply to be billed for 2012 costs and exchange costs towards the melody of $500. Whenever we requested to obtain the 2012 costs delivered (that they aren't eligible for), authorized wishes us to signal a launch creating us guarantee never to discuss this in public places!
