Takes Forever to Transfer Payments - Uses Your Money In the Meantime

My son owed me $400, so he used his bank payment service called Zash. Pay. He sent me the payment on 3/21. I called a couple days later and customer service said the amount would be deposited in my account within a few days. I called back a week later and they said it could take up to 10 days to see the deposit in my account. I complained to the customer service lady and she sympathized with my frustration but said there was nothing she could do to speed up the payment.

Here we are 4/1 and still no money deposited in my account, meanwhile their business is using my money and everyone else's they stall for investing.

DO NOT use this service if you want to get your money transferred quickly.

I just called today and the rude customer service lady said the bank account was wrong, so the money could not be deposited. I asked her why I did not get an email explaining there was a problem with the deposit and she did not know. She reluctantly led me through the process to correct my account and would not transfer me to a manager.

According to the website message I am suppose to see a test deposit on 4/3 into my checking account, so I still will not receive the payment for who knows how long.

My big question is: Why did customer service not ask me to check if the test deposits worked or alert me to the fact that they were not working, so I could correct this problem earlier.

I am not impressed with Zashpay.com service in any way shape or form and will not use it again.
