Trying to collect money on an account that I do not have debt with.internet

I recently received this email from this ACS company, as soon as I saw it I flipped out and ran my credit to see if I had owed any debt to this company. Of course it wasn't on there and I did a little bit more research to find out that more and more people are being scammed by them. The email stated:

This is in reference toyour Account number 740-73 with ACS in order to notify youthat after making several calls to you on your phone number, we were not ableto get hold of you. So the legal department of ACS has decided to mark thiscase as a flat refusal and press charges against you. Your account with ACS is inFinal Collections. According to our records, your outstanding balance is$801.52. Do revert back if you wantto get rid of these legal consequences and make a payment arrangement withinthe next 48 hours or else the case will be downloaded against you. As we have shared with youin previous letters, read your loan agreement; the next step is clearlydefined. It could cost us both a great deal of time and money; you can avoidthis by taking care of this now. The opportunity to takecare of this voluntary is quickly coming to an end. We would hate for you tolose the option of resolving this before it goes to the next step which is aLawsuit against you, but to do so you must take immediate action. It is quick and easy:

Grab your debit card and call us or e-mail us right now in order to make apayment and freeze down this case. Contact us on 1-585-204-6000 If you do not takeimmediate action: We will be forced to downloadthis case against you and once it is downloaded the creditor has entire rightsto inform your employer and your references regarding this issue and the lawsuit will be the next step which will be amounting to $4789.87 and will betotally levied upon you and that would be excluding your attorney charges andthe due amount pending on your name $801.52.
