I canceled this and they still charged my account

I settled a 1.00 to determine what they were providing i did so not like what i seceived and so i ended it asap was told no issue that's was ended that i'd not be charged and they took the cash out my account in whatever way. I'd like my money back they'd no to take money out my account 16.99 was removed.
