Double charged on milk

I visited HEB on Bellaire area on Monday 10/17. I've been hurry to prevent by that HEB late during the night around 11:15 pm simply to obtain a can of dairy for my child. I offer my charge card for my spouse to cover it and he swipe-card only one period for 1 may of dairy is 16.68. But 2 day later I examine my charge card online and that I discover they cost me 2 period $16.68 in the same-day. I visit the shop stated that I have to speak with supervisor. The man at top table inform me watch for while. Next a girl arrived (her title is Belen) and have me several issue then she said I will do whatever you need to return on friday. I ask her why? Why you are able to resolve my issue. Have you been supervisor? She stated " No, I am accountant." She simply tell me need to return speak with the supervisor. They I would like to watch for 30 mins for that and inform me return a later date. That is how they support their client. I actually donot believe I will get cash back. Cheat shop.
