Bi rip-off

I recived a letter from this credit company and they were going to approve me for 5,000.00 credit line and it also said to send 45.00 to speed up the procees so i did.

That has been a month ago and i have not gotten anything, but a phone call tell me about a call card and that was it.

I would like some help with what to do and how we can find out who these people are so they can be turn in or something i have 3kids and i don't not need to be mess with like this. Thanks angela hattabaugh one more thing i have call and call and the line has been disconnect.
