ONE NEVADA Credit Union (formerly NEVADA FEDERAL CU) SUCKS!!!

Here's WHY... I had an account there for a year and I have a brain injury from an accident. When my account was overdrawn by $2.60 th3ey tried to charge me (4) overdraft fees of $36.00 each.

That is over a HUNDRED DOLLARS! So I complained and they reduced it to $66.72 and when i refused to deposit money so they could seize it, my account was frozen and closed. They were VERY RUDE too.
I may have a brain injury, but that does not make me stupid.

Now I am forced to file a BANKRUPTCY because when I was in coma, my bookkeeper (from 1999) stole 12 thousand dollars from the withholding taxes. (he was convicted and sentenced, but NO payback).
The fees and penalties made the IRS debt go to $92,000 and I live on 900 per month now.

Guess WHO will not give me my bank statements? One NEVADA Credit Union. Jerks.
