Household Credit Services / Union plus / GM - ex-employee confirms rip off

As a fomer employee of this company I can tell you that this company does rip people off by not telling you the fine print over the phone. Also They charge people unneccesary charges and slam alot! I ran into allot of probblem where "our" vendors slammed customers and we were required to tell them we had nothing to do with it and that it could take up 6 months to get charges taken off their cards. Which is unfair and untrue.
