Major scam - they prey on victims of hardship!

This company is a very convincing company that appears and presents themselves in a professional manner - however, they are a scam. BEWARE! We worked with them for nearly 3 months and when we made our last payment they disconnected their lines and would not return messages left on the 800 line or emails - now we can't even leave a message.

We worked with 3 different people who guaranteed a loan modification and led us to believe they had all but finalized our first mortgage. When we did not receive the "package" from our mortgage company and continued to call they would stall... Basically until we had paid our last scheduled payment to them.

We are now working directly with our banks to see what can be done - this company is now posing as a Bankruptcy professional online. Do NOT do business with them!
