City of Industry Dishonest Business Practice

I owned a pet store and used them since 11. During the year, I didn't know if theycharged a lot of hidden fees because I assumed it was normal fees. I do have issue about the machine they gaveme and asked for another machine because the display was so dimmed that wecan't use any more. They charged me $95for a replacement! I didn't complaineither.

But, after I sold my business, lots of ugly facts show up. First, theycontinue charging me monthly fees after I closed the account as I sold the business! It has been 2 and half months and I have toput this ridiculous to a stop. The newowner found out they charge both of us monthly fees and many hidden fees, so hedecided to switch. But, now I am havinga hard time to get the customer services to refund me the $105 they overcharged me. After I called the 3rdtimes, finally someone called me back and said they will look into therefund. Another week went by, I found outthey charged me another monthly fee. Itis unbelievable!!! I have to go to mylocal bank to file dispute to get the 2nd charge reversed. But, I am out of luck for the first because Ishould have done it earlier.

Thiscompany is the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. It is full of dishonest managers with disgracefulcustomer service. They deserve no star!
