Steve Nicholl Broker Back Stabbers

I am a Mortgage lender in Los Angeles County that does primarily Standard Coventional ad FHA Loans. One of my clients wanted to get a loan fast, to start the remodeling on his residence so he asked me to get a quote from a private investor to get the money he wanted faster then the conventional loan.

I made a few calls and soon had a quote from Athas Capital Goup. They quoted 9.5% on a 30 year due in 7 at 2 points which allowed me to add my 1.25 point to the deaL. The client gave the green light to go with the Athas loan.

Unfortunately when the disclosures were sent to my client, they were at 10.99% with 4 points to them. So I killed the deal with Athas because I dont play the bait and switch game.

Then I get a call from the client saying STEVE Nicholl called him directly and offered h to give him the 9.5% rate and eliminate the brokers in between. YES, they went around my back to do the loan directly with my client.

ATTN: ALL BROKERS: Steve Nicholl is the sleaziest snake that I have ever come across in this business. Do Not Ever use Athas Capital Group. They will screw you out of your commission.

As I began some research, I have found out that they are very well known for trying to go to your borrowers directly. I have all my in formation documented and can prove every word that I am saying. You will get Ripped Off if you use Athas Capital Group and STEVE NICHOLL.
