Money Tree Mortgage
Company charged me 300.00 for application fee and I have not heard from them since 9/10/03

In September I inquired about a loan via online I was contatcted by a Karen via the phone two days later. She constantly called me to inquire when I was sending the 300.00 so I asked if she could take a check, she did on 9/10/03. I was sent an application packet asking for all kinds of info regarding my finances, income, etc. I sent all the required documents back but have yet to hear from them.

I have phoned, written and sent e-mails with no call back.in January I received a call from the rep who was handling my case, Kelly Hoeflle she informed she no longer worked for the company but worked for another mortgage co and if I was interested to give her call I have since misplaced her info. I asked why she left the company and she stated she and several other reps discovered fraudulent practices. All I want to do is get my 300.00 back it was difficult convincing my Husband to send it anyway. Now I have to hear how we were ripped off!!!
