Won't Stop Calling/Phishing?

Contact constantly. I've requested for that title of the organization plus they hungup. I requested to be positioned on a "DoN't contact" checklist plus they hungup. Next time I requested to become positioned on a "DoN't contact" checklist, the owner requested for my title and SSN! After I declined to provide my SSN, he put up. I believe it's all a fraud to obtain individuals to quit individual financial data.
