Ripped off by captital choice consumer credit - hope you guys get CAUGHT

I received a formal letter stating that with a $39/43 membership fee, i would receive a $5000 platinum card. Re-establishing credit was my objective, but to not receive a card or any correspondence after 6 weeks&well, i'm simply infuriated now. No phone number, no validity - i want these fraudulent people to own up!!! I want my $ back!!!
