Consumer mail fraud

I received this letter in the mail telling me that I am a "New Life Winner" as a result of some random number selection conducted by the "Analysis Division, NRC." The letter goes on to add how for just $20 I can get $2,755, 400.00.

So my conclusion is if you are giving me that much money just take the $20 out of that!
