On May 3, American Agencies changed it's name by filing an Amendment to Articles of Incorporation (C2206381), from American Agencies to Torrance Business Associates, Inc. The company is still owned and operated by Sheri Slagle (President and Secretary) and Mark Slagle (Vice President).

With all of the trouble they have been in with the Attorney General, everyone who has had problems with this company should keep an eye on their credit reports, as likely these people will file a new "negative" in order to intimidate people to pay.
