Bogus letter to collect imaginary account balance

Received a letter on 3/5, dated 2/29, that a NetZero account balance had been placed in UOCD's office for collection. I am not a netzero customer. I do not owe them anything. I called the phone number on the letterhead (1-866-210-1700) and got an unrelated recorded message.
