In Dec we negotiated a contract with the owner of this company to sell a piece of real estate. We asked for a day to mull over the numbers before signing a contract left for the day. The next morning we went back down signed a contract on the property. This time he was 3k less than what was offered the previous day.in order to the transaction through we agreed to the used car salesman trick. The transaction was to be closed in Jan and all funds brought to closing. Throughout the contract we bent and gave in and by closing we agreed to recieving two payments two weeks after closing to give the buyer room to breath. Shortly after closing we went to the office in Hazlehurst Ga where a promissory a was supposed to be signed ensuring payment.instead he was more concerned about when we were leaving town. It took another week and legal pressure to get a note signed. Needless to say the date passes and no payment.instead he wants to negotiate to give another month. This transaction is in the 4th month now and promissory note has not been fulfilled. We are having to go through the paces to get the debt paid. Beware of any business conducted with these guys. They will talk a game, act like the have deep pockets, and not follow through. All together this has been the worst nightmare of a transaction believable. Iff the heavens open the sun aligns and for some reason payment is eventually made I'll update here. I'll not be holding my breath due to every statement made being a lie. If you find yourself in a venture with these guys at the first sign of nonpayment file a case. It's going to take that and even then you may not get paid. If you are considering it don't spend more than you can afford to loose as you will most likely.
