Vedanta Dumas-Griffith
Unpaid rent—vacancy without notice

Vedanta Dumas-Griffith and husband, Robert Griffith (US Army retired, I think), rented a townhouse from us on Big Mountain, Whitefish. MT, and did not pay the rent the last few months of the lease. She told us by phone and email that she would correct the situation but never did so

We hired an attorney who got a judgement in Montana for some $10,000 to $15,000 but she did not responf to the lawsuit. When served at her place of employment, Citizens Financial in Manchester, NH, she and her husband were separated and that she did not know his location. We do not know hwe current address and we assume she is still employed at Citizens.

From a practical standpoint, it will cost substantial money to pursue her so I'm not sure if we have any reasonable course to take.

This lady has a track record and I would not trust her an inch.
