Mortgage service center the worst experience i've ever had due to incompetence

I had my mortgage with this hideous company back in 2004. I made a large sum payment in the amount of $14,464.05 back in January. Well because some unskilled employee never sent me the recast information these knuckleheads never applied it to reduce my monthly payment! I've called & called & now as I approach tax season I'm getting all of my documents in order, mind you I've called them repeatedly & because an EMPLOYEE never responded back to me w/the paper work I'm paying more on my mortgage than I should. Chase assumed the note November but they aren't responsible for the recast information. I will be filing a complaint with NYS Banking & Finance, the SEC & NJ Banking & finance. I hate dealing with incompetent organizations!!
