NSF, Scam, Reordered Transactions, Manipulate Transactions

On Saturday, February, 18 there were Four Transactions to my bank account which I believe in my opinion, and based on the evidence I have were reordered by my bank to charge me additional NSF Fees to make profit.
My account at that time had exactly $46.24 in this account.

The First, Transaction I made was adding my debit card to a service which I was charged $1 USD for it which was refunded later, but that would have left me a balance of $45.24.

Second I made a purchase for one of my games for $10 USD that left me at $35.24 USD

Third, I made a purchase from Riot Games for $35.00 USD which left me at exactly $0.24 cents which anything 0.00 USD or above is not overdrawn.

Fourth, A purchase was made for $82.79 for a server/service I rent, and that left my account at -$82.55 USD, which the bank had the right to charge me one NSF charge which would have made my account -$120.
